These Terms of Service govern your use of the Friendable website and waitlist. By signing up for early access, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Friendable is a service operated by CompuMac Computervertrieb GmbH (Werastraße 42, 88045 Friedrichshafen, Germany) that helps people discover when their friends are free and find things to do together. Friendable is currently in early access and under active development. Features may change, be added, removed, or be temporarily unavailable as we continue to build and improve the product.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the Friendable waitlist or use the service.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Friendable. Access may be granted gradually, and we may invite users in batches as capacity allows. We may contact you regarding launch updates and early access opportunities related to Friendable.
Acceptable Use
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the service.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Do not submit false or misleading personal information.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, graphics, text, and software associated with Friendable belong to CompuMac Computervertrieb GmbH or its licensors. None of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
Disclaimer
Friendable is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CompuMac Computervertrieb GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Friendable website or service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the website, by email, or through the Friendable service.
